A graduate of the City University of New York with a background in architecture and engineering, Louis began his journey in 1979 at HRH Construction, quickly rising through the ranks as a Project Superintendent for some of NYC’s most prestigious developments, including 101 Park Avenue, 550 Madison Avenue, and 667 Madison Avenue. His expertise in large-scale commercial and residential projects led him to serve as Project Executive at LMB, Bovis International, where he managed hospitality developments in Europe and Latin America.
In 2001, Louis founded Doral Enterprises, Inc., a New York-based consulting firm specializing in cost analysis, constructibility, and project solutions for top-tier developers. His leadership extended further in 2004 when he became Executive Vice President at Magnetic Construction Group, overseeing major contract negotiations and project administration. In 2015, he co-founded Magnetic Builders Group, cementing his influence in the New York City construction market.
